What It Does

EasyNut is a manual drilling solution for nutplate installation. The system combines drilling and countersinking in one operation, with a modular head architecture designed for precision and repeatability.

  • Modular concept: one power tool with multiple interchangeable drilling heads.
  • Easy to use, adjust and maintain across different assembly requirements.
  • Each drilling head supports chip and dust extraction with a quick-connection changer.
  • The customer can select the preferred power-tool technology from leading manufacturers.
  • Pneumatic or cordless operation through a simple, interchangeable connection interface.
